Updated by Esko.Confluence integration from workflowwiki
During the upgrade of ArtiosCAD, the upgrade stops while the batch file is running. The following error message is shown: "State:S0002,Native:208,Origin:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]; Invaild object name 'iq_defaults'".
The problem is because the user "programmer" is part of the "sysadmin" group in SQL. In such circumstances, the batch file cannot proceed.
Follow the steps given below to avoid the problem:
Click Start > All Programs > Microsoft SQL 20xx > Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express.
Log in as user "sa" (default password: oicu812!).Check for the password with Esko Support or retrieve the custom set password via your IT department)
Browse to Security > Server Roles > sysadmin, double-click or right-click and select Properties.
Select programmer from the Role Members list and click Remove.
Click OK and proceed with the upgrade again.
In case the user 'programmer' was not part of the 'sysadmin' roles, another reason can be that you don't have local admin rights on the host where you are running the script.
It can also happen that you cannot even see properties of this 'sysadmin' role. Removing the ODBC entry and create it again can also help in that case> (And run the db script again afterwards).
