Summary

Apply ArtPro Action List task fails with "INFO: Missing rootfolder" and "ERROR: Missing fonts and/or pictures".

Symptoms

Task's log file shows these messages:

INFO: Missing rootfolder 192.168.17.98/your_folder_name
ERROR: Picture filename_p1#1.tif not found.
ERROR: Picture filename_p1#2.tif not found.
ERROR: Missing fonts and/or pictures
ERROR: Workflow failed

Solution

1. Open the ArtPro Action List with the ArtPro Action List Editor.
2. Verify every action which has a Root Folder setting. The root folder URL must start with file://. So, to correct the above example, change it to the below value:
   1. file://192.168.17.98/your_folder_name
3. Also, make sure that your_folder_name references the folder which contains the TIFF files. You can use smart names to select the correct folder.
