Question

The EU Food Regulations state that all text on food packaging needs to use a minimum x-height as of December 13, 2014. Can I use Automation Engine to verify if my files are compliant to this new rule? I can verify the font size, but this is not the x-height.

In PitStop Professional 12 there is an option to check text's x-height, but I don't see this in Automation Engine.

Esko foresees support for this option in Automation Engine 14.0.0, release July 2014.

An option to check the text's x-height does not exist in Automation Engine 12.2.0 . You will need to upgrade to Automation Engine 14.0.0 to use this functionality.
