Description
Is there an easy way to get Ink Eater task to work with a stepped layout file in ArtPro that is exported to Normalized PDF?
Procedure
- Create a Rectangle that will be used for the Ink Eater data. Do not fill with any ink.
- Open Layers window in ArtPro and name the rectangle object as Ink Eater.
- Export the file to Normalized
PDFfrom ArtPro or from Automation Engine, select the file and choose the Export ArtPro to Normalized PDF ticket. - Select the Normalized
PDFfile and choose the Add Ink Eaters ticket, choose the Fill Named Object option and enter the object name specified in step 2.
- The object is filled with the ink eater data.
