The user is unable to open an ARD file. When they try they get an ArtiosCAD command error.
The following dialog appears when trying to open an ARD file:
This is typically caused because either the defaults for the version and language of ArtiosCAD Enterprise that you are using does not exist on the WebCenter Server you are connected to, or the user that you are logged in as does not have both View and Download permissions for all the files in the project.
Have your WebCenter administrator upload the defaults using the ArtiosCAD Defaults installer if they are not there, and make sure that you are granted View and Download permissions for the project and all folders in the project.
