DeskPack installation ends up with the error message that reads "Installation failed: The following installation step failed: run postflight script for Esko Local License Manager. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".
The described situation appears to be true if your antivirus software is blocking to install License Manager Components while finalizing the installation (after installation of actual plugins is completed).
When you launch Adobe® Illustrator®, you get the error message that reads "Missing Licensing Localization Bundle".
Solution
Disable all Antivirus software on the computer and continue with the normal installation to install the plugin successfully.
