What is the proper format for txt files to import into Curve Pilot?

Open the txt file with WordPad.
If there is a value for 0 or 100, remove those values from the list and save the file.
In Curve Pilot, go to File > Import > Measured points from text file.
Make sure to select Dot gain curve under Show curves.
Add values for 0 and 100, save file.
