KB170059698: WebCenter - HTML5 Viewer does not show all panels/widgets (browser zoom level)

Summary

Sometimes, when viewing files using the HTML5 Viewer, not all panels/widgets are loaded. This issue may occur when the browser zoom level is not set to 100%. The problem has been resolved in WebCenter 14.1.

Symptoms

The right or left side bar, in the HTML5 Viewer, does not show any widgets. Your browser zoom level is set to something other than 100%.

Solution

This issue has been resolved in WebCenter 14.1.

Workaround

To resolve the issue in your current WebCenter version follow these steps:

1. Check the zoom level of your browser. If it is not set to 100% (or if you are not sure), try the following:
   1. Place your cursor in your browser address bar. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + 0 to reset your browser zoom level.
   2. Or, in your browser's menu, choose Zoom and set it to 100%.
2. You may need to refresh the page (F5 key).
