Summary

After moving ArtPro with local licenses from one workstation to another, ArtPro shows the following error message when you try to start it and then quits.

No valid Customer Identification detected.

Solution

  1. On the original workstation, open the Esko Local License Manager and deactivate the ArtPro Customer Identification license.
  2. Save the "deactivated_keys" file and use this file to activate the license on the new workstation.

You can now start ArtPro on the new workstation.
