KB82228026: Nexus - Error "Undefined - Failed to load CSB title header" appears

Summary

When using HD Flexo Screens within Nexus, the following error appears in the Rasterise Separations module:

"Undefined - Failed to load CSB tile header".

Symptoms

The error "Undefined - Failed to load CSB tile header" appears in the Rasterise Separations module.

Solution

1. Quit Control.
2. Try making a new shortcut to the bg_data_screen_v010 folder and rename it Esko Screening and place within Nexus Version Folder. Or if there is already an existing Esko screening folder, copy the contents of the bg_data_screens into the existing folder.
3. Start Control.

Workaround

If this still does not work, regenerate the HD Flexo Screens and redo the previous steps.
