Why is the IT8.7/4 chart not available in Equinox Profile Creator?

Where can I find IT8.7/4 chart?

Answer

The charts are part of the CMS Data Kit installed with the software. 

Make sure that the CMS data is at least build 438. 

This can be checked by going to: All Programs > Esko > CMS Data 1.0 > About CMS Data 1.0

Identification:

Either, if the CMS data kit build is lower than build 438,

1. Go to http://mysoftware.esko.com
2. Log in with your credentials and look for Equinox Profile Creator.
3. Download and install the new version containing the correct CMS data kit. 

Or if the CMS data kit build is higher than 438, the same procedure will still work. 

As reinstalling the CMS data kit will only overwrite your default files and leave your custom made files unharmed.
