My printer is listed as supported for FlexProofE or Pack Proof but is not available in Proof Client.

Symptoms

Try to install a new proofer and workflow but nothing is available for this printer.

Solution

Install the relevant profile data from the Proof Server DVD installer. You can install all data or choose custom install and only install the printer you need.
