When the Dell computer hardware is supplied by Esko, Esko purchases a three year warranty on the hardware, transferable to the end user.  When problems with the hardware occur, the end user needs to contact Dell Support, www.support.dell.com. When contacting Dell, the Service tag on the computer will need to be provided. 

When the hardware is first installed, the customer needs to transfer the warranty from Esko to their own company.
