When opening an exported 3D PDF file created in Studio Designer in Adobe^® Acrobat^® Professional or Adobe^® Acrobat^® Reader, you do not get a preview right away.

Acrobat^® Professional and Acrobat^® Reader display a warning about 3D content being disabled.

Symptoms

When opening a 3D PDF file, you get the following message:

Solution

• In Adobe^® Acrobat^® Professional or Acrobat^® Reader, either click the Options button in the warning message on top to select Trust this document one time only or Trust this document always to see its contents. Or,
• Open the Acrobat^® Preferences panel and select 3D & Multimedia from the Categories panel on the left to enable the check box Enable playing of 3D content. This would never pop up the before mentioned warning anymore.
