KB170048516: i-cut Layout - Application hangs at "building module brixalephui..."

Summary

It takes a long time for i-cut Layout to be launched, even when not being connected to a server. Also, closing the application takes a couple of minutes.

Symptoms

When launching i-cut Layout, it seems to get stuck on "building module brixalephui...".

Solution

As a suggested solution, try to remove the sign*.cfg files in the users home directory: %userprofile%.
