This KB article describes what you can do when getting the message "This curveset could not be loaded, please select a valid curveset." in Color Pilot when selecting a curve set for the synchronization of a press profile.

Symptoms

Color Pilot shows the following message when selecting a Print Control Wizard curve set for the Use desired curves from Setup in Curve Pilot Curve Set: option when creating an (Equinox) press profile in any Color Pilot version older then 18.1:

"This curveset could not be loaded, please select a valid curveset."

Solution

Use Color Pilot 18.1.

There is no workaround.
