KB285559942: Hotfix 201911075 for WebCenter 18.1.1

Summary

When uploading a CHILI file as new version in the side-by-side view, the page will now return to where the user was before the page was opened.

Symptoms

IFRAME preview Save as New Version button not routing back to task completion page.

Expected Behavior: It should behave same as when any PDF file opens in the WebCenter Viewer and closing should return back to the Task Page.
