Summary

After launching ArtPro or ArtPro+ 21.03, the application shuts down when a new document is opened.

Symptoms

  • On Big Sur (macOS 11), with language set to Japanese, launch ArtPro or ArtPro+ 21.03 and try to open a document. The application will quit.
  • No such issue occurs when the language is set to any of the other supported languages.
  • No issue on macOS 11.0.x, but it does occur on the later updates of macOS 11 (currently, the latest released version is macOS 11.4).
  • This occurs when the macOS version is 11.x (Big Sur) and when the language environment is set to Japanese.
