Context

How to limit the tickets/ workflows that a user sees from the Shuttle and make only selected tickets/ workflows visible for selected users.

Procedure

This can be set up via the Shuttle Preferences in Adobe^® Illustrator^®.

1. In Adobe^® Illustrator^®, go to Preferences > Esko > Shuttle Preferences.
2. In the Shuttle Preferences dialog, enable Filter on Workflow Type.
3. If you want to display only those workflow which have a specific word in them, then add that word in the Workflow types to show: list. For Instance, if you want to see only those workflow tickets which have the name "flexo" in them, then just add flexo to this list.

More information

Shuttle as a stand alone Pilot is more limited. In this version of Shuttle, it is not possible to limit the view of tickets/ workflow.
