When Proofing, the proof task fails with the following error message: "ERROR: bgfrm.digilinkerr(GRx workflows no longer natively supported on FlexRip, ending job)".

Solution

The GRS file format is not supported when using the Proof (FlexProof) and the Proof (Image Downloader) task for an E-printer configuration.

This particular error occurs if the Job mode is set to GRS.
