Summary
When launching any application in FlexRip, the following error message appears:
D:\Esko\bg_prog_flexripc_v101\bin_ix86\dispatcher.exe The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
Symptoms
When trying to launch FlexRip dispatcher or FlexRip Configurator, the windows error message appears and the application does not launch.
Solution
To solve this issue, reinstall the Microsoft Redistributable from the Esko software DVD. Browse to Packages/vcredist_v251 and click the install.exe file. The problem could have been caused by the installation of another application which added another version of the Microsoft redistributable.
