KB82218785: Automation Engine - Pilot error "Could not load the options panel. Reason: java.lang.SecurityException: class"

Summary

When you select a file and choose task in Automation Engine Pilot, an error appears.

Symptoms

The following error appears:

Could not load the options panel.

Reason: java.lang.SecurityException: class

"com.barco.bg.core.server.ui.general.smartnames.SN_TTextField"

does not match trust level of other classes in the same package

This issue occurred after the Automation Engine Server had Java updated to version 7 build 51. The Pilot PC was on Java version 7 build 9.

Solution

1. Upgrade to Automation Engine 12.1, 12.2 or newer.

1. Update Java on Pilot PC.
