While upgrading the Automation Engine Server, all applications are closed on Automation Engine and the following error appears:

The following file cannot be replaced, it is either in use or access is denied.


Installation will not continue and the following error occurs:


  1. Dismount all bg_data_cms_v010 volumes that are mounted via DeskPack connections.
  2. If the error still persists after the volumes are dismounted, unshare the bg_data_cms_v010 folder from the Automation Engine Server.
  3. During installation, the bg_data_cms_v010 will be shared if it is seen as not shared.
