Symptoms

Solution

This issue is typically due to your FlexRip Dispatcher's Contone Rotation option not being set as (Rip Default). In order to change this, first make sure the tuning options of your Dispatcher are visible, by following these steps:

  1. In the Dispatcher's menu, go to Options > Program Options....
  2. In Input Queue Settings, check (if not checked already) the Include Tuning Options checkbox.

After the tuning options are enabled, follow these steps to set Contone Rotation as (Rip Default):

  1. In the Dispatcher, click Queue Settings....
  2. Go to Contone Tuning tab.
  3. In Contone Rotation > Filter drop-down menu, select (Rip Default).
  4. Click Apply and OK.
  5. Re-Start the dispatcher.
