When launching the PackEdge application, it does not open but gives the following error message: "PackEdge stopped working".
PackEdge program does not launch. A window appears with the message "PackEdge stopped working".
One of the configuration files for PackEdge may be corrupt.
The files are located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\
C:\Users\<username> (replace <username> with the name of the user you are logging into the computer as)
Once PackEdge is restarted, the default configuration files will be copied back to the users folder. Check the PackEdge preferences via Edit > Preferences.
