Symptoms
When using the Ruler Tool, you get the following error: "Error: java.lang.InternalError: not implemented yet".
This can happen on any PDF and usually only happens the first time the Ruler Tool is used straight after opening a PDF in viewer.
Solution
A solution for the reported issue is foreseen to be implemented in a future software release.
The estimated release date for Suite 14 is foreseen for the third quarter of 2014.
