Description
After upgrading to ArtiosCAD 14.0 or 14.0.1, the flyout toolbar have stopped working. Clicking and holding the mouse button will not make the flyout toolbar appear.
Procedure
This is an incompatibility issue with the AMD Radeon HD Series video adapter. The following setting has to be changed:
Right-click on the desktop and select AMD Catalyst Control Center.
Select the menu option HydraVision.
Make sure that the option Enable Desktop Manager is disabled.
