Summary

When Pilot 14.0.0 is opened on a PC, three icons for Containers, Job Overview and Last used Job are missing. On a Mac, the entire toolbar is missing.

Symptoms

When Pilot 14.0.0 is opened on a PC, three icons for Containers, Job Overview and Last used Job are missing. On a Mac, the entire toolbar is missing.

Solution

The missing icons or missing toolbar can be fixed by running an Activate Server, Post_Install or by restarting the Automation Engine Server or use the following for a quick solution:

1. On the Automation Engine Server, go to Processes.
2. Kill the logonsrv.exe process.
3. Close and reopen Pilot.
