Question

Where are the customized settings for the options in the File Selector stored? I need to move these to a new computer that PackEdge is installed.

The editor allows you to save customized settings for the options in the File Selector ( e.g.: settings for PDF export, etc) as profiles. You can select these profiles in the various open, place, export, etc., File Selector dialogs.

The idea is that you save the setup settings in profiles, so you can use them again quickly.

Answer

These files are stored locally on the PC with PackEdge. The files will have a .CSF file extension:
C:\Esko\bg_data_packedge_v010\dat\lwbrixio

Browse the folder for the customized settings files you have saved, copy these to the new computer. Same folder path. This folder will also contain default settings, you will only need to copy the customized settings files you have saved.
