Summary

The rotation option is not showing in the proofing tickets.

Solution

Go to the Proof Client and change it from 'Minimal Media Usage' to 'Do Not Rotate' in the Proofing Workflow. You will then get the option to rotate in the ticket. You might need to give the Pilot some time to update and see the change or simply re-launch Pilot.
