KB154665808: Shapes Store - Where are the free shapes

Question

I recently purchased a Studio product(s) as well as a maintenance contract for it. I was told I would have free access to all of the shapes in the Esko Shapes Store. However, when I log into the Esko Shapes Store I can browse all of the shapes but when I try to download a shape a price of 99 euros is shown.

What do I need to do to get the shapes free of charge?
