Summary

The Send E-mail task in Automation Engine fails with error.

Symptoms

In the Send E-mail task log you will find the following messages:

3110-16:32:30::sendmail started.

getPasswordAuthentication:

DefaultUserName   :SYSTEM

RequestingPort    :-1

RequestingPrompt  :

RequestingProtocol:smtp

RequestingSite    

Client does not have permissions to send as this sender

Solution

You need to configure "Send As" permission on your mail server to allow your agent accounts to send e-mail as your outbound mailbox account.
