How can I use a fillable PDF form in WebCenter?

Procedure

Fillable PDF forms are not usable in WebCenter.

This is because the uploaded PDF files are not actually used in the WebCenter Viewer. Any uploaded PDF file has extra files called View Files that are created upon upload. These are the files that are used in the View and Annotate functions of WebCenter. The PDF file is used when the file is downloaded, or when the file is sent to Automation Engine for further processing, but not in the Viewer.
