Summary

In the Automation Engine Pilot, some Jobs are shown as Yellow folder in the Container Overview.

Symptoms

In the Automation Engine Pilot, some Jobs are shown as Yellow folder in Container Overview. However, it is correct in the Job Overview.


Solution

Problem is caused because the Job URL does not correspond to the URL in the database.

It is case sensitive!

There are two ways to solve this.

Method 1:

Easiest way is to rename the folder to the same name as in the database:

  1. Go to Job overview.
  2. Go to View and select Columns in Jobs.
  3. Move Folder to the right.
  4. Select the Job.
  5. The column Folder gives the name of the folder it is stored in the database.
  6. Modify the folder name in Windows Explorer to the same name as in the database.


In this example, rename the folder  "_job!" to "_job".
Below is the correct view after renaming


 

Method 2:

  1. Modify the data in the database same as in Explorer with a database query.
