During the first step of offline activation, I need to provide an account name. What account name should I provide?


You need to fill in your Esko ID (e-mail address).

During the first step of offline activation, your Esko ID is saved in the request-file (xml-file) that is created.

When uploading your request file on the Esko website, you also need to provide your password. You cannot modify the Esko ID anymore, so please make sure you filled in a valid Esko ID, otherwise the activation will fail.
