Description

For troubleshooting purposes, sometimes, Esko Support needs to look into WebCenter Monitoring log files. Since WebCenter 14.1.1., these log files can be made available on the Site Service Admin page.

Procedure

To download Monitoring log files (in WebCenter 14.1.1. or newer), follow these steps:

  1. Log in as an Admin user.
  2. Choose ConfigurationSite Service from the main menu.
  3. On the Site Service page, the sections for JBoss and TomCat Log Files appear by default.
  4. Change the URL, add: ?mon=1 (for example: https://mycompany/WebCenter_Inst/siteconfig.jsp?mon=1).
  5. You can now download Monitoring log files from the new sections that are now visible: Application and Web Server Monitoring Files.
