Image to Screened Separations: Opening a ticket for this task in the Pilot may take very long.

After upgrading to 14.1: opening tickets in the Pilot for using in Imaging Engine to output files, takes much too long for using in production, just as it was earlier in 14.0.1.

The difference to quick opening FlexRip tickets is the fact that in the Imaging Engine tickets, you have more feedback if the screen can be made seamless or if it is a HD screen. Gathering this information took time but has now been improved.

Imaging Engine tickets, because of slow opening are not usable in production.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
