Summary

When trying to proof or rip a file from Pilot the workflow fails.

Symptoms

FlexRip and FlexProof are installed on the same server. When you check the log file you find the following entry:

"ERROR: error: 3 and E_ITM_NEM Out of memory (3)".

Solution

Check the hard drive of the server the FlexProof and FlexRip are installed on, it is most likely full or close to it.

  1. Go to the folder: ...:\Esko\bg_data_flexripproof_vXXX\proof\Tmp.
  2. Delete the loose files in these folders. 

    Do not delete any folders.
