KB184714078: Hotfix 201607021 for WebCenter 16

Summary

This hotfix ensures that the ArtiosCAD defaults are excluded from any configured auto-naming/auto-numbering.

Symptoms

When there is a general automatic numbering (Doctypes in general set-up), the defaults utils will use this auto numbering while merging/uploading new defaults and does not work properly.
