KB185607723: WebCenter - Creating a project thumbnail automatically from a document thumbnail (MAKE PROJECT THUMBNAIL) fails

Summary

On a freshly installed WebCenter system, creating a project thumbnail automatically from a document thumbnail (MAKE PROJECT THUMBNAIL) could fail.

Symptoms

The Make project thumbnail attribute is set to Yes in the Prooject Attribute Category, but no project thumbnail is rendered of the documents uploaded to the project.

Solution

This issue is caused due to missing "thumbnails" folder in the filestore.
