Gang Run Printing: In very specific circumstances, it may happen that a layout gets through because it contains more elements rather than having a better fill percentage.
It may happen that Gang Run Printing will not produce output when other files are present.
For example: Files A and B are known to nest properly at 90% fill. The nesting settings for a given queue have a minimum fill of 89%. Files A and B are in the queue, along with other files, but will not output. When the other files are removed OR when the output is forced through the queue, Files A and B nest properly. Customer wants them to nest automatically.
