CreateUser SDK call does not correctly check the user limits in the named user license model. WebCenter no longer allows anyone to log in and shows the error that the license count is exceeded.

In case a PM user is created via CreateUser.jsp SDK call and the named user license model is used, the number of available users is checked against the number of regular users. So, the PM user can be created even though there are no Admin/PM licenses left. This will result in a locked system, since no users can log in at that point.

What is a Hotfix?
A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.
