Summary

Opening an AI file in Adobe® Illustrator® causes DeskPack Shuttle to disconnect from server.

Symptoms

When you simply open an AI file in Adobe® Illustrator® on the Mac, it causes DeskPack Shuttle to disconnect from Automation Engine Server. This makes working on the file (trapping, exporting to PDF and other tasks) not possible.
