Summary
Automation Engine does not display Jobs anymore.
Symptoms
Automation Engine does not show Jobs anymore, restarting and performing Activate Server does not help.
In the bgmd log file, the message is displayed:
"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Esko\bg_prog_fastserver_v140\bin_x64\Flex.dll: Can't find dependent libraries."
Solution
Problem is caused by missing files of Vredist. To find out which files are missing, download Dependency Walker.
For example, here the file flex.dll is selected.
In this example, the Microsoft Visual Studio redistributables 2013 64 bit was removed, the Vredist was reinstalled from the DVD and Extra selected on left side and the Microsoft Visual Studio redistributables reinstall.
It installed the missing Microsoft Visual Studio redistributables.
