How does ArtiosCAD nest labels with tapered sides using gutters in a layout?
Answer
Assume a simple label layout as such with gutters in each direction of 5mm:
What results is this:
Note that the sides of the label are tapered. The lower left of the corner of the label in the 2nd row is offset 5mm directly 180 degrees down. It is not offset from the upper left corner of the label in the first row. So, the offset is from the point where the design is tapered.
