Since 16.1, it is no longer possible to create a Staged Approval having only one Stage in order to access the 'name' field of that Stage.


In WebCenter 16.0 when converting a Simple Approval to Staged Approval, user is presented with the Approval Stage Name field and is not forced to add a Stage 2.

While in v16.1.x, Approval setup may be more intuitive and it does not allow for this anymore.

Project Manager should be allowed to change the name of the Approval. It can be important where users are not in Groups, and/or Project Approvals do not use descriptive Role Names to illustrate (at a glance) the context of the Approval.

What is a Hotfix?

A Hotfix is a software package that you can install on an existing installation of our software. Each hotfix contains fixes for one or more known issues in our released software.

Because there is always a small chance for a hotfix to cause new issues, you should only install Recommended Hotfixes, unless otherwise instructed by your Esko Software Support team.
