KB223227026: ArtiosCAD - Does CADX need ArtiosCAD Native PDF to output PDF

Question

When running CADX with the 'ArtiosCAD CAD-X Level 2' license, do you also need the 'ArtiosCAD Native PDF' to output PDF?

Answer

No. Native PDF is already included.

To output to PDF, you need the ARDPDF_Import_Export feature. This is included in the 'ArtiosCAD CAD-X Level 2' license.
You will also find this ARDPDF_Import_Export increment in ArtiosCAD Connect xx.xx, ArtiosCAD Layout Optimizer, or any of the new bundles.
