The unfinished session remains active although I deleted it. Is there another way to delete the session besides using the GUI options (Remove Unfinished Task)?
Here is an example (orange symbol in front of the printer icon) of a proofing device with an unfinished Refine Ink Wizard session:


An unfinished session can typically be removed by right clicking a device and choosing Remove Unfinished Task.
If that doesn't work, then delete the folder containing the session info:

  • Create Proofer Profile > folder name= \\localhost\bg_data_cms_v010\w\iwr\profiles3\randomnumber (sort on date)
  • Create Digital Press Profile > folder name= \\localhost\bg_data_cms_v010\w\iwr\profiles3\randomnumber (sort on date)
  • Refine ink Wizard > folder name= \\localhost\bg_data_cms_v010\w\iwr\refine-inks5\randomnumber (sort on date)
