KB281974483: Hotfix 201911020 for Automation Engine 18.1.1

Summary

Step & Repeat Tabular: Independent left and right station bleed may not be applied properly in case of multiple grids.

Symptoms

Resulting bleeds are not correct.

There is an option in the "Step & Repeat Tabular" task to "Allow to set left and right station bleed independently". But when using this option, the resulting stepped file is not correct in cases with multiple grids.

The setting for the last grid is being used on all grids in the layout.
Left and right bleed value are swapped in case grids are rotated over 180 degrees.
