KB289708181: Hotfix 201911083 for WebCenter 18.1.1

Summary

Some valid spaces are removed from a resolved Smart Text. When doing combined content statements, the system removes spaces which were in the original statement.

Symptoms

The text statement added as a Smart Text in another text statement contains some spaces between two words. After resolving the content, some of the spaces in the original Smart Text are removed in the resolved text. This happens specifically for the spaces between a styled rich text and normal text.
